Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reasons (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code).
How does it work?
- Write to us at hello@blobfarm.com with your order number
- We will confirm the procedure and the return address
- Return the product in its original packaging, in good condition
- Upon receipt, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Exclusions
- E-books: non-refundable after download (Article L.221-28)
- Gift cards: non-refundable after the code has been sent
- Customizations: made-to-measure products are not refundable

In addition to the right of withdrawal, BlobFarm guarantees the awakening of every sclerotium sold, provided that the provided protocol is followed. If your blob does not wake up despite a second attempt, we will send you another one for free — just send us a photo, that's all.
Product damaged during delivery?
It is very rare, but if it happens: take a photo of the packaging + the product, send it to us at hello@blobfarm.com within 48 hours, and we will reship without question.
