What will you receive?
A small, discreet package. The sclerotia travel in sterile tubes, inside an envelope or a parcel depending on the format. The sclerotium is dormant and dehydrated: it can withstand temperature fluctuations during summer transport without any damage.
What if it arrives damaged?
It is very rare (sclerotia are resilient), but if it happens, we will replace it without question. Send a photo to hello@blobfarm.com, and we will reship within 7 days.
